Deadlines & Requirements
- Entries open: 1 February 2027 — pricing is published on the same date
- Entry deadline: 1 May 2027 — late entries subject to availability
- Entry fee: mandatory for every competing player — includes the ESF ranking fee + handouts
- Hotel packages are optional; entry fee is the only mandatory payment
- The meal package can be added independently of a hotel booking
- Triple rooms are not available for this event
- Airport transfer included in all hotel packages (by arrangement)
- Official invitation with the full pricing will be sent by ESF
- Arrival instructions & WhatsApp group details sent before the event

Entry via ESF System
Entries are submitted through the official ESF Junior Circuit entry system. Registration opens on 1 February 2027, and pricing is published on the same date.
